If I could give KC Crete Master more than 5 stars, I would. From the very beginning until the work was finished- the attention to details was second to none. Alan and his team were extremely detail-oriented- measuring, leveling, planning - and they did so with tremendous efficiency. He is a fantastic communicator, easy to work with, and fair.

Alan gave me a set of new front steps and a new driveway. He put in a french drain so that my drainage issues are now taken care of. At the end of each work day, he cleaned so that nothing would damage my grass and that the work site was tidy. Prior to leaving the site, on the last day he took care of the smallest details of the project.

Concrete work can be an expensive investment- had I known about Alan and KC Crete Master, I would have done this a long, long time ago. The work has proven to be worth every penny. I have told my contractor- for any of your concrete needs going forward, this is the man you need to use. HIGHLY recommend.

I had a circle driveway removed and a new drive with a third lane added. Alan was a pleasure to work with. He is very meticulous and takes great pride in his work. He communicated with me frequently throughout the project to ensure my new driveway was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely use him again for my future patio project.

Alan is highly experienced and professional. He worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted in my new driveway. He and his crew completed the whole project- demo, setup, pour, and finish- in 4 days, even with a rain delay. They also left behind a clean worksite. I've gotten many compliments on the new driveway so far. Highly recommend.

In my 30 years of home ownership, I don't know that I've seen a crew work harder and with purpose than Alan and his partner. They spent about two days removing our old garage floor and pouring the new one. Alan communicated well as the job came closer and was delayed slightly. He also answered any (probably dumb to him) questions we had, and followed up when finished. The bid was more than reasonable, and I would recommend him to anyone needing concrete work.

The floor in the picture is about five months old, and has been slowly taking on its eventual color, and losing the darker look. We couldn't be more pleased with his work.

Alan is the best. He was quick but thorough, knowledgeable, and him and his crew did a perfect job. We had them build a retaining wall, filled in an old underground driveway, added on to our family room and built a new garage and driveway. It was a huge job and had to be done precisely and we love it. We’ll call them for any future projects. We can’t recommend them enough.

KC CreteMaster did our driveway, walkway, and poured us a front porch. It could not have been any more perfect!! They did an amazing job and the guys were super nice. They even got it done way faster than I was expecting and talked us through everything they were doing. We even went with all lot of their recommendations. I would 100% use them again!

This past Fall of 2020, Alan and his crew gave us a new concrete patio. Because it got cold not long after that, we didn't get much of a chance to use it.... until two weeks ago when it got warm again finally!!!! We are outside every day now, and every day I admire our absolutely beautiful patio. Alan and his crew did TOP NOTCH work, no cracks, no problems. Just a beautiful backyard space for us to grill and relax!!! I will have it all set up soon with new furniture and some new landscaping and will try to remember to post a picture :)

Our driveway was completely crumbled by the curb. It was cracked and sloped all the way to the garage door. I got 4 estimates to rebuild our driveway, porch and sidewalk. Although KC Crete Master was not my lowest bid, Alan made an impression on me. He was the only person that took time to look at the space and ask questions and offer suggestions for better curb appeal. I felt very confident in trusting his judgment on what should be done. Once he started demolition I was really glad I had chosen him. He encountered some structural issues with the original porch. He had to make changes to the original plan so that the porch was structurally sound going forward. I don't know that any of the other companies I talked with would have come up with the plan to stabilize the porch like Alan did. To top everything off, all the work was done while I was out of town. Alan provided me with daily updates and photos. I can't image using anyone else for any concrete project in the future. I highly recommend KC Crete Master for anyone wanting to get the best work.

Alan did out driveway 3 years ago next month. Should have written this review a lot sooner but at least I can say on 3 years we have no complaints. Tore out the old concrete and poured new driveway in one day.

Cleanup was great and even brought in top soil and seeded where they dug out for the forms.

We’ve dealt with a lot of contractors and would say Alan was by far the best we’ve ever dealt with. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned their work area and provided us with an unbelievable new driveway. We would highly recommend Alan!

We are so pleased with the beautiful work Alan did.
